A follow-up manual osteopathy session typically involves a review of your progress since your previous visit, as well as an assessment of any new or ongoing issues. I will use a range of manual techniques to address any areas of tension, discomfort or restriction in your body, helping to restore balance and promote healing. I may also prescribe exercises or lifestyle changes to support your ongoing progress and optimize your overall health and wellness. With each follow-up session, we'll continue to work collaboratively to achieve your individual health goals and maintain optimal physical function.
