An initial osteopathy session is designed to assess your body's postural and motion patterns, identify any potential issues, and provide gentle manual treatment. 

I will conduct a full body assessment that includes postural and motion evaluations, as well as orthopedic tests. This assessment will help me understand your body's unique needs and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. The initial session typically lasts around 60 minutes, during which time I will work with you to determine the best course of action to help you achieve optimal health.

To get the most out of your session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Additionally, it's a good idea to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before your appointment and to limit your fluid intake to 1 hour before your session.
